Morning Sunshine Breakfast Sundae

Make fruit interesting can be a challenge, but one of the ways I do this is by using lemon or orange zest, matching it up with what ever fruit I intend to use. They are both excellent flavour enhancers. This simple sundae uses fresh Ontario peaches, local blueberries and Greek vanilla  yogurt.
