A meal for the chicks

After years of trying to entice a pair of Great Crested Flycatchers to nest on our acreage, with custom made nest boxes constructed by my husband, a pair has had a family in a old bluebird box that needed repairs to its entrance hole. Needless to say the box will remain the way it is and hopefully they’ll be back next year.
