Young Cooper’s Hawk Stops By

The Cooper’s Hawk like to stalk their prey (other birds) near bird feeders and this young Cooper’s Hawk was surveying our yard for an early breakfast.  Our feeders are very active this time of year and undoubtedly the hawk was drawn to all the action. I just hope he/she doesn’t stay long.
