At first glance you would mistake this beautiful warbler for an American Goldfinch.
The Pine Warbler almost always hangs out in pine trees foraging for insects. One of the only warblers that will come to your feeders, especially in spring when they are hungry and tired from their migration.
This little guy seems to like the peanut suet and the black oil sunflower seeds. So be on the look out for this spectacular little warbler, as they come back from their winter range in the southern US.
