I have blogged about my sister’s recipe for scones before so I won’t re-post the recipe as you can find it pretty easily on here, just look under recipes. The great thing is you can change up the recipe for what you have on hand or what your craving…like for me chocolate. This version has chunks of dark chocolate, the Zest of one large orange and a good tbsp. of Grand Marnier to flavour the cream. Bake for approximately 13 minutes … Enjoy.
